Vision is decentralized into five departments. These are Finance, Marketing, Database, Research and Communication.

1. Finance: Finance is the blood that runs Vision and sustains it. Vision makes money primarily by charging a nominal amount from its clients for the consulting service that it provides to them. We cater to a very wide range of clientele. Other major souces through which we generate funds are sponsorships and donations. We receive donations from various sources such as big corporate houses who contribute funds in lieu of their moral social responsibility towards the society, supplemented by the goal that Vision was formed to achieved. Sponsorships work two ways. We hold events such as Free Consultancy Weeks for which we invite sponsors for providing funds and in return, we benefit them by promoting their business interests throughout our campaigns and/or events. This department is headed by a team of competent professionals who have expertise in the workings of the financial world and its dynamics. It has a CFO (Chief Financial Officer), Deputy Finance Manager and clerks who work at the desk level.

2. Marketing: In order to fulfil our goal, we need to reach out to the remotest sections of the society, by expanding as much as possible. We do this through promotions. Primarily, we focus on the digital media, given its relatively larger reach and the lowest costs possible. Print and other media are also used but less often. We promote ourselves through our clients because we want to be known by their names. This department is handled by a team of individuals from a variety of fields of expertise. It has a Digital Graphics Artist, VFX Specialist, Illustration Artist, Content Writers, Public Relations Manager and Market Researchers.

3. Database: This is where our most important asset is stored: our clients' information. Fundamentally, Vision creates, maintains and promotes a database of professional and/or untrained individuals categorised on the basis of their different fields of talents & skills. This is then shared with groups/individuals who require such talent and skill set who select them on their choice. The selected individuals/groups are contacted and officially partnered with their potential employers who exploit their skills in return of remuneration and other perks. Vision charges a fee from both sides of the partnerships. The Database department is run by a team of experienced management professionals and comprises of Senior Database Manager, Employer Relations Expert, Recruitment Manager and The Reception Desk.

4. Research: This department works both indoors and outdoors. The work starts with the outdoor team reaching out to potential clients, promoting our business model and inviting them to be part of the Vision Family. These potential clients are then handled by the indoor team who sell them our concept and ideas. There's a third sub-team that focuses on overall research regarding the market status, its functioning & other factors that affect any business; and together with the Database department, brings about structural changes in the entire entity in terms of working principles, infrastructure and/or marketing strategies. We do not call it the R&D because why not? In terms of the authoritative positions, it comprises of a Research Head, Senior Project Manager and their assistants. All of them are well-educated in economics, finance and mathematics.

5. Communication: It's a widely-accepted myth that in the business world, the chain starts with the manufacturing of the product and ends when it is sold to the end consumer. However, the truth is that is never ends. After the sale, customer support services are set in place and they go on until the product is disposed of. Similarly, we have a designated team of professionals, skilled in public speaking and language training, that form the important link between us and our clients. We give communication the utmost value because without it, as a business entity, we are dead. Our team is available 12 hours a day and 6 days a week. We strive to resolve any disputes that may arise at our earliest and the convenience of our clients. We have a diverse team from various backgrounds to promote healthy inter-cultural relationships and also, to cater to the diverse range of clients that we cater to.
